A pocket show, with some of the musicians, gave a glimpse of what the public can see on September 2, 3, 4, 8, 9, 10 and 11, 2022, when the event once again occupies the City of Rock.

Already  Rock District has gained a new scenography inspired by the Mediterranean. “We are symbolically six months away from what we are calling our Rock in Rio Reencontro, which will be the best Rock in Rio of all time,” said Luís. “Rock in Rio is a great music theme park. Rock Street has already traveled to Asia and Africa and this year it is going to the Mediterranean. Among the countries represented, we will go through Portugal, which is next door, France, Spain, Italy and Greece”, he said.

Roberto Medina believes that Rock in Rio 2022 will, in fact, be the biggest. “I coined a phrase that is: ‘life is live’. I have the impression that it will be very impactful the first day, when I open the door. I feel that it will be historic. I think it will be very similar to Rock in Rio 1. I believe this will be the best Rock in Rio ever, because of the people, not because of the festival”, said the president of Rock in Rio, remembering the impact of the pandemic.
